When a professional service is required (e.g., Immigration Consulting or other services), the specific scope will be defined in the product/service description and/or in specific service agreements.

The purchase of a digital product alone does not automatically create a legal representation relationship or obligation for CANVISAS to file applications with authorities, unless that service is explicitly contracted.

9. Contract Terms: Products and Services

9.1 Digital Product: Personalized Immigration Guide

The Personalized Immigration Guide is a digital product delivered electronically (e.g., PDF or digital access), based on the information you provide in forms and/or assessments.

You understand that:

-The guide depends on the quality and accuracy of your answers.

-This is a strategic guide with routes and recommendations, not a guarantee of approval.

-CANVISAS may request clarification if it detects inconsistencies or insufficient data.

Delivery: normally delivered by email or through digital access, as indicated on the purchase page.

Timeframe: the delivery timeframe may vary and will be indicated during the purchase process or in subsequent communications.

9.2 Services: Immigration Consulting (and others)

Immigration Consulting is a service provided by CANVISAS to transform the diagnosis into an actionable plan (route, order, priorities, risks, integration strategy, etc.).

Additional services (if any) will be governed by their specific descriptions.

10. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are displayed on the purchase/checkout page and may be in USD or another currency depending on the payment gateway/configuration.

Taxes, gateway fees, and/or bank commissions (if applicable) depend on the country and payment method.

Payments are processed through external gateways (e.g., Stripe and/or PayPal). CANVISAS does not directly store complete card information.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital Products (Personalized Migration Guide):

Because this is a digital product and, in many cases, personalized, refunds are generally not available once:

the product has been delivered, or the personalization process has begun (whichever comes first).

Services (Consulting or other):

If the service is scheduled, the change/cancellation policy will depend on what was indicated at the time of booking/purchase.

If there is a cancellation period applicable to a specific service, it will be indicated on the booking page or in the confirmation email.

For support or to report issues: [email protected].

12. Testimonials, Opinions, and Promotional Use

If you voluntarily share testimonials, comments, success stories, or other materials (name, voice, image, video, statements), you authorize CANVISAS to use them for promotional purposes in digital media, in whole or in part, without obligation to provide compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Links to Third Parties

The site may contain links to external websites. CANVISAS does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access to external links is at your own risk.

CANVISAS may modify these terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on the site. Continued use of the site or subsequent contracting after changes implies acceptance of the updated version.
